Preparation of project plan & project budget 2.Preparation of project schedule L1,L2,L3 & also L4 3. Implementation of project plan & ensures logical sequencing of plan based on resources 4.Plans resources, arrangement & allocation of resources as per the project plan 5.Monitors construction schedule & highlights anticipated delays/deviancies in advance 6.To prepare method statement & submits to clients/consultants for approval 7.To prepare time cycle charts of major activities of work 8.To conduct progress review meetings at fixed intervals. 9.To analyze the gaps between the planned vs actual and highlight the areas needing attention for the action of the project team.
