Planning & Estimation Engineer ( civil )

• Prepare detailed project plans and schedules using MS Project / Primavera P6
• Develop WBS, bar charts, milestones, and resource planning
• Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly
• Identify critical paths, delays, and suggest corrective actions
• Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and detailed cost estimates
• Analyze tender drawings, specifications, and scope of work
• Prepare rate analysis for materials, labor, and machinery
• Assist in tendering, cost comparison, and finalization
• Prepare project budgets and track cost vs. budget
• Support variation, extra item, and claim analysis
• Coordinate with site, procurement, billing, and consultants
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress and planning reports
• Assist in cash flow forecasting and resource allocation
• Maintain planning, estimation, and cost control documentation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
