Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Material Management:
Receive and inspect incoming materials for quantity and quality.
Verify and tally delivery challans, purchase orders, and invoices.
Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and storage of construction materials.
Inventory Control:
Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels using software or manual logs.
Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification of materials.
Report shortages, overages, and damaged materials to the concerned authority.
Issuing Materials:
Issue materials to site engineers/supervisors as per requisition slips.
Maintain issue registers and get acknowledgements from users.
Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly material consumption reports.
Maintain documentation such as GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), MRNs (Material Requisition Notes), and stock registers.
Coordination:
Coordinate with the purchase department for material procurement.
Liaise with transporters and suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures in material handling.
Prevent theft, loss, and damage to materials through proper storage and security.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
