Job Title: Planning & Engineering – Sr. Manager

Location: Gujarat / Sikandrabad
Employment Type: Permanent
Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Engineering
Salary Range: ₹5 – ₹8 LPA

Experience Required:
5–8 years of experience in fabrication of steel bridges, including:

• Plate Girders
• Open Web Girders (OWG)
• Special Bridges

Preferred Industry Exposure:
Candidates with prior experience in Railway Bridge Works or reputed consultants like Jacobs, Humphrey & Glasgow, STUP, RDSO, CEIL, Systra, Mott MacDonald, NKEI, or Eversundai will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning, scheduling and monitoring fabrication activities.
• Reviewing engineering drawings and ensuring compliance with RDSO and client standards.
• Material and manpower planning, coordination with procurement and site teams.
• Progress tracking, reporting and client coordination.

Key Skills:

• Bridge fabrication engineering and planning
• MS Project / Primavera / AutoCAD proficiency
• Strong communication and leadership skills
