Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:-

Project Planning & Scheduling:

• Develop detailed project schedules, timelines, and work breakdown structures (WBS).
• Use Primavera P6, MS Project, or other tools to track project progress.
• Identify potential delays and propose corrective actions to maintain timelines.

Monitoring & Reporting:

• Track project milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Generate weekly/monthly progress reports for senior management.
• Conduct trend analysis and risk assessments to ensure smooth project execution.

Coordination & Stakeholder Management:

• Work closely with site engineers, contractors, and consultants to streamline planning activities.
• Ensure effective communication between design, procurement, and execution teams.
• Assist in securing necessary approvals and clearances.

Cost & Resource Optimization:

• Support in budgeting, cost forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Identify areas for cost reduction and process optimization.
• Ensure efficient utilization of materials, manpower, and machinery.

Compliance & Documentation:

• Maintain updated records of project schedules, delays, and variations.
• Ensure adherence to RERA, BMC, and other local regulatory norms.
• Assist in contract administration and claims management.

Key Requirements:-

Qualifications & Experience:

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring in the real estate/construction sector.
• Hands-on experience with Primavera P6, MS Project, SAP, AutoCAD, and ERP systems.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, planning techniques, and risk analysis.
• Proficiency in cost estimation, budgeting, and resource management.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to handle multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with construction laws, safety standards, and local regulatory guidelines.
