Job Description

Role & responsibilities Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project. Monitor project progress, track variances, and provide early warnings for delays. Coordinate with project teams to gather input and ensure planning aligns with site conditions and work sequences. Assist in preparation of extension of time (EOT) claims and delay analysis. Update and maintain project documentation and planning records. Support tender planning activities including preliminary scheduling and resource estimation. Collaborate with procurement and construction teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and milestones. Attend project meetings and provide inputs regarding schedule impact and risk. Preferred candidate profile Having a qualification from institutions like NICMAR shall be advantageous 5-10 years experience in project scheduling in MNCs or Corporate level.
