Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Plan production activities, including scheduling, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
Develop and maintain accurate production plans, schedules, and budgets for heavy fabrication projects such as heat exchangers, pressure vessels, storage tanks, ASME codes compliant equipment.
Collaborate with engineering team to optimize manufacturing processes and improve productivity.
Ensure effective communication among stakeholders through regular progress updates and issue resolution meetings.
Identify potential roadblocks and develop contingency plans to minimize delays.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-8 years of experience in planning engineering or related field (mechanical background preferred).
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical or relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
Strong understanding of PPC (Production Planning & Control), daily production planning, dispatch scheduling principles.
Proficiency in using software tools like ERP systems; knowledge of MS Office applications.
