Job Roles and Responsibilities

Proven expertise in developing and managing
project plans and schedules using Microsoft Project
.
Strong communicator, collaborating closely with scheduling managers, project controls and cross-functional teams to address and resolve scheduling barriers proactively.
Led project scheduling efforts using
MS Project
ensuring alignment with milestones, deliverables and critical path activities.
Skilled in
developing work packages
, scopes and fully resourced schedules using
EVM
and schedule health checks.
Proficient in
PWA
, leveraging resource/project centre's and integrating Power BI reporting for performance tracking.
Experienced with
MS Project
for documentation and workflow management.
Ensured accurate assignment of planning and scheduling workflows (scheduler, project controls, planner) across all scheduling tools.

Qualifications and Experience Required

Bachelors degree in
Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering
.
4 to 7 years
of hands-on experience in
project management
with a strong background in construction projects.
Proven
expertise in Microsoft Project
with advanced skills in developing, managing and monitoring project schedules.
Specialist in
MS Project
with demonstrated experience in creating integrated dashboards and schedule performance reports.
Strong experience in the
development and implementation of work packages, scopes of work
and use of activity lists and cost/resource estimates to build fully resourced
critical path schedules
.
