Job Title: Planning Engineer

Location: Aurangabad/Sambaji Nagar

Experience: 3+ years

About the Project:

We are executing a large-scale Industrial Factory Project valued at approximately 100 Crores. The project involves industrial civil works, structural construction, and coordination with MEP and architectural teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using tools such as

  MS Project.

• Coordinate with site execution, procurement, and design teams to track project progress.
• Prepare and analyze project status reports including S-curves, progress charts, and delay analysis.
• Assist in resource planning, budgeting, and forecasting for materials and manpower.
• Identify project risks and propose corrective actions to ensure timely delivery.
• Support project management team with progress presentations, client reports, and internal reviews.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines, safety norms, and quality standards.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of construction planning and scheduling principles.
• Proficiency in Primavera / MS Project / Excel-based planning tools.
• Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of industrial or factory construction preferred.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and dynamic conditions.

Eligibility:

• B.E. (Civil) mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in planning and scheduling of civil projects.
