Planning Engineer

Experience:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain L1, L2, and L3 schedules using advanced planning tools such as Primavera and MSP.
• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, clients, and contractors to create realistic and actionable project schedules.
• Track project progress, analyze variances, and prepare progress reports for management.
• Proactively identify delays and deviations from the plan, and propose effective recovery solutions.
• Support project control by monitoring cost, resource allocation, and timelines.
• Prepare detailed bills after conducting quantity surveys and reconciliation.
• Lead and mentor planning teams, ensuring accurate reporting and effective communication across stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• 812 years of experience

  in developing L1, L2, and L3 schedules using Primavera and MSP, with at least

  3 years in a lead position

  .
• Proven ability to coordinate with stakeholders for schedule preparation, monitoring, and project control.
• Strong skills in proactively communicating deviations and recommending corrective actions.

• Minimum 6 years of senior-level experience

  in preparing detailed bills after quantity survey and reconciliation.

• Preferable experience

  in thermal power plants, water treatment plants, or heavy industrial projects.

Qualification:

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil
