Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Planning Engineer specializing in facades. The Planning Engineer will be responsible for developing project schedules, coordinating production planning and project timelines, and ensuring project deliverables are met efficiently. Key tasks include monitoring project progress, optimizing resource utilization, analyzing risks, and managing project controls to align with timelines and client expectations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and effective communication with stakeholders will also be a critical part of this role.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Planning, including scheduling and resource allocation.
• Strong Analytical Skills required to assess project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Experience in Production Planning and project resource management.
• Excellent Communication skills for liaising with stakeholders and cross-functional teams effectively.
• Proficiency in Project Control to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the desired quality.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of facade systems and prior experience in the construction or engineering industry will be an advantage.
