Description

We are looking for a skilled Planning Engineer with 6-8 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, analyzing project progress, and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely completion of projects.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project schedules using scheduling software.
Analyze project progress and prepare reports for management.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure project timelines are met.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Assist in resource allocation and budget management for projects.
Participate in project meetings and provide updates on schedule status.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Proficiency in project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Knowledge of construction processes and methodologies.
Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
