Role & responsibilities: Full time on site role as Senior Planning Engineer located in Rajarhat, Newtown. The Senior Planning Engineer will be responsible for daily task associated with production planning, project control and utilizing analytical skills to ensure effective communication throughout the project. Preferred candidate profile : Must have Excellent planning and production planning skill. Analytical skill Strong Communication skill. Project Control Experience Experience in Construction/ Real Estate Industry Preparation of project schedule in MSP and tracking the progress on regular basis. Quantity survey Reconciliation checking Preparing delay analysis Review the drawings and material calculation for upcoming works. Data preparation and submission of data and documentation of all statutory works viz. EC compliance, PCB, IGBC, WBFES, CC application etc. Liaising with different agencies, consultants on regular basis.
Role & responsibilities Financial Transaction Management: Processing invoices, recording payments, and reconciling bank statements. General Ledger Maintenance: Ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded. Financial Reporting : Preparing and reviewing financial statements like balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Compliance : Ensuring adherence to financial regulations and reporting requirements. Interdepartmental Collaboration : Working with other departments to provide accurate and timely financial information. . Record Keeping : Maintaining organized and accurate financial records. Preferred candidate profile Must have sound accounting knowledge, Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Must be proficient in preparing and analyzing financial statements. Analytical skills should be strong, must be able to identify discrepancies and solve financial issues. Proficient in maintaining organized financial records and files. Must be familiar with Tally Edit log 6.1 ( Latest), Tally prime 5.1 ,accounting softwares and systems.
