Role & responsibilities: Full time on site role as Senior Planning Engineer located in Rajarhat, Newtown. The Senior Planning Engineer will be responsible for daily task associated with production planning, project control and utilizing analytical skills to ensure effective communication throughout the project. Preferred candidate profile : Must have Excellent planning and production planning skill. Analytical skill Strong Communication skill. Project Control Experience Experience in Construction/ Real Estate Industry Preparation of project schedule in MSP and tracking the progress on regular basis. Quantity survey Reconciliation checking Preparing delay analysis Review the drawings and material calculation for upcoming works. Data preparation and submission of data and documentation of all statutory works viz. EC compliance, PCB, IGBC, WBFES, CC application etc. Liaising with different agencies, consultants on regular basis.
