Planning Engineer (AHU Manufacturing Plant)

Our client, a leading AHU & HVAC Products Manufacturing Company requires an IT Executive.

Position: Planning Engineer (AHU Manufacturing Plant)

Experience: 5-6 Years.

Education: BE/Diploma

Timings:

Salary: 5-6 LPA

Location: Hoskote

Key Responsibilities:

1. Read and interpret AHU and sheet metal engineering drawings accurately.


2. Work efficiently with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel, for data analysis and reporting.


3. Use SAP for production planning, material requirement planning (MRP), and related activities.


4. Calculate and plan raw materials for sheet metal and other AHU components.


5. Maintain and update the job tracking sheet to monitor progress.


6. Coordinate and follow up daily with production, purchase, and other departments for smooth operations.


7. Monitor and control inventory, ensuring optimum utilization of available stock.


8. Report to the Planning HOD and carry out tasks assigned by the HOD.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of AHU manufacturing processes and sheet metal fabrication.


• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Attention to detail and accuracy in planning.


• Effective communication and coordination skills.


• Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.


• 4 -5 years of experience in production planning / material planning, preferably in HVAC or AHU manufacturing industry.


• Hands-on experience with SAP and strong knowledge of MS Excel.
