PLANNING ENGINEER

• Preparation of Construction program at the tendering stage in line with the detailing of the same during the project execution stage using project management tools like Primavera and Microsoft Project
• Review of all the Tender Documents and logging the requirements
• Preparation of corresponding Manpower & Machinery (Resource) Histograms with all the substantial calculations & documents
• Preparation of Tender Project Presentation
• Conducting meeting with Vendors to extract data regarding particular Material/Machinery or any item related to construction which aids in better planning

• Site Visit to the Project with Senior Staff and gather basic details
• Proper folder system to be maintained for all documents prepared/handled in the provided drive for each project
• Daily basis reporting to HOD (TVM RO)/ Planning Dpt. (Muscat HO) and attending all internal meetings.

Pay: ₹11,336.25 - ₹15,472.74 per month
