Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Scheduling: Developing and managing project schedules, allocating resources, and tracking progress against timelines. Billing and Cost Control: Preparing and managing project billing, ensuring accuracy and timely payment of invoices, and monitoring project costs. Contract Management: Understanding contract terms, variations, and change orders, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. Quantity Surveying: Extracting quantities from drawings, performing rate analysis, and preparing bill of quantities (BOQ).
