Planning & Billing Engineer (Civil)

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Planning & Billing Engineer (Civil) to join our team in Katsa, Chapra. This role is crucial for managing project schedules and financial documentation. You will be responsible for creating detailed work plans, managing project timelines, and handling all billing activities for our site.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of ensuring that project execution aligns seamlessly with financial and scheduling requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Planning: Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly work planning sheets to meet client deadlines and project goals.

Billing: Accurately generate, verify, and submit bills for both clients and labor contractors as per project instructions.

•

Coordination: Work closely with on-site teams to ensure the smooth execution of work in accordance with the project plan.

•

Monitoring: Track project progress, identify any deviations from the plan, and promptly report them to management.

•

Documentation: Assist with all necessary documentation and reporting for planning and billing purposes.

Qualifications & Skills

•

Education: B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

•

Experience: A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in a planning and billing role.

•

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of project planning, billing processes, and site execution.

•

Software Proficiency: Must be proficient in MS Excel and project management tools. Experience with Primavera is a plus.

•

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
