Job Description

Daily reports on SOH, Sales Achievements, Sell thrus,etc at store level
Weekly tracking of merchandise sell thru, fast and slow mover analysis, cut size consolidations, etc
Planning interventions to ensure higher sell thru in collaboration with ops and B&M head
Responsible for Merchandise Movement, ISTs. Allocations, Replenishment, Managing / Monitoring ARS
Ensuring optimal fill rate at stores and for ECOM
Ensuring OTIF in collaboration with the warehouse
Responsible for creation of seasonal buy plans, fresh sell thrus, leftovers
Responsible for achieving budgeted Dilutions / Discounts
Responsible for ensuring higher contributions from high margin products and accessories
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
Store visits to understand operations better and work closely with the operations vertical
Responsible for ECOM - Create and track day to day Orders & operational reports
Plan timelines for seasonal launches, timely cataloguing production and production launch.
Helps in working return management of the company by analyzing the reviews of the customers and helps reducing the returns
Sourcing samples for shoot from different team or vendors
Handle channels specific promotions, discounts, and offering to customers
Collaborate with Training and Ops vertical for the training of operations vertical on product
Collaborate with VM for creation of Planograms, etc
Must be proficient in data analysis and MS Excel
Should have worked with systems like Microsoft BI, ODOO, OneBeat,other BI tools,etc
