Placement Officer

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Placement Officer to build strong industry connections and facilitate student placements. The role requires strong networking, communication, and relationship-building skills to ensure successful employment opportunities for candidates trained under our programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with companies, recruiters, and industry partners.
• Organize campus interviews, recruitment drives, and job fairs.
• Identify placement opportunities and align them with student skills.
• Assist students with resume building, interview preparation, and career guidance.
• Maintain and update a database of students, placement records, and recruiters.
• Coordinate with academic and training teams to match curriculum with industry needs.
• Prepare regular placement reports and present outcomes to management.
• Promote the organization’s talent pool to potential employers.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to counsel and guide students for career readiness.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of online job portals preferred.
• Target-oriented and ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Graduate in Management, HR, Education, or related field (MBA/HR preferred).
• Experience: 2–4 years in placements, recruitment, HR, or corporate relations.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
