Placement Officer

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Placement Officer to join our team at G-TEC Education, Mullakkal – Alappuzha. The role involves building strong industry connections, guiding students in their career journey, and ensuring successful placements and internships.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with companies for student placements.
• Organize campus interviews, job fairs, and career guidance sessions.
• Assist students with resume building, interview preparation, and soft skills training.
• Track placement records and prepare regular reports.
• Coordinate internships and develop industry tie-ups.

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA in HR/Marketing preferred).
• Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to counsel, guide, and motivate students.
• Prior experience in placements, recruitment, or career services preferred.
