We are seeking a placement officer with strong communication and interpersonal skills to organize and execute the placement drives and manage follow-ups.
Responsibilities:
· Support the students and provide placement assistance.
· Connect with the hiring managers and approach different companies.
· Coordinate Placement drives and follows ups
· Do enquiries and make follow-ups.
· Stay updated with industry trends and job market demands.
· Maintain a smooth relationship with the management and students.
· Prepare and maintain records.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration and MBA are preferred.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficient and fluent in English and Malayalam.
· Knowledge of IT and computer software.
· Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
