Placement Officer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Placement Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between students and potential employers, ensuring smooth placement processes. Preference will be given to local candidates familiar with the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in organizing campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and training programs.
• Establish and maintain relationships with recruiters and industry professionals.
• Manage end-to-end placement activities, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with employers, and collecting feedback.
• Guide students on interview preparation, resume building, and professional etiquette.
• Address queries related to placements and career development.
• Maintain records of placement activities, employer databases, and student profiles.
• Prepare and share placement reports with management.
• Visit employer sites as required to strengthen ties with recruitment partners.
• Represent the organization at various recruitment events.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (mandatory).
• Licenses: Valid two-wheeler and four-wheeler driving licenses (mandatory).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• Preference for candidates residing locally or familiar with the region.
