Empower Pragati, a funded partner of the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) since 2010, is dedicated to enhancing the lives of disadvantaged youth through skills training, employment, and livelihood opportunities. Over the past decade, we have trained over 450,000 youth across both formal and informal sectors. In addition to implementing major government projects like PMKVY/PMKK and DDUGKY, we assist corporations in strategizing and executing their CSR initiatives. We focus on empowering vulnerable groups including women, juvenile delinquents, specially-abled individuals, and school/college dropouts in both rural and urban India.

Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for a Placement Officer located in Bharatpur. The Placement Officer will be responsible for coordinating campus placements, providing career counseling, and delivering training and educational support to students. Day-to-day tasks include liaising with employers, organizing placement drives, mentoring students on career opportunities, and ensuring successful employment of graduates.

Qualifications

• Skills in Campus Placement and Career Counseling
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Training and Education
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field
• Prior experience in placement services or career counseling is beneficial
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

Experience and Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in relevant sector
• Immediate joiner
• Comfortable to work on Contract bases

Salary - 22K- 26K CTC per month
