Placement Officer

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Placement Officer to manage campus recruitment activities and ensure high placement rates for our students. The candidate will act as a bridge between the students and industry, assisting students with employability skills and coordinating placement drives with various companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and recruiters.
• Identify potential recruiters and organize campus recruitment drives.
• Counsel students regarding career opportunities and guide them in resume building, interview skills, and overall employability.
• Collaborate with training teams to design and conduct employability training programs (mock interviews, soft skills sessions, etc.).
• Track placement data, maintain records, and prepare placement reports.
• Coordinate with academic teams to understand student strengths and match them with job opportunities.
• Arrange industry talks, guest lectures, internships, and industrial visits.
• Ensure students are well-prepared and meet company requirements during placement activities.
• Act as a liaison between students, alumni, and employers.
• Regularly follow up with placed students and recruiters for feedback.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
