Role Overview:

This dual-role combines teaching and placement coordination. As an HR Faculty, you'll mentor and teach students about human resources management. As a Placement Officer, you'll help connect them to the right job and internship opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:As HR Faculty:

• Deliver engaging classes on HR topics like recruitment, training, labor laws, performance management, etc.
• Prepare and update course materials, assignments, and assessments
• Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students
• Stay updated with industry trends and HR practices

As Placement Officer:

• Build and maintain relationships with companies for student placements
• Organize campus interviews, job fairs, and career workshops
• Support students with resume building, interview preparation, and career counseling
• Maintain accurate placement records and prepare reports
• Follow up with companies and alumni for feedback and future opportunities

Who Can Apply:

• MBA in HR or related field
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to network and build industry connections
• Fluent in English and Malayalam
• Passion for teaching, guiding, and student development
