We're seeking an experienced Placement Head to lead our placement efforts in Kerala. Job Summary: We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Placement Head to oversee our placement activities across Kerala. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with educational institutions, employers, and stakeholders to ensure maximum placement opportunities for our students. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute placement strategies for Kerala, ensuring maximum placement opportunities for our students. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with top educational institutions, employers, and industry partners in Kerala. 3. Identify and tap new industry verticals, and explore emerging job markets in Kerala. 4. Collaborate with our training team to ensure our students are industry-ready and possess the required skills. 5. Manage and mentor a team of placement officers/counselors, providing guidance and support. 6. Conduct regular placement drives, job fairs, and industry meets to facilitate interactions between students and employers. 7. Stay updated on industry trends, job market requirements, and competitor activities. 8. Develop and maintain a database of potential employers, and ensure regular communication. 9. Analyze placement metrics, and provide insights to improve placement outcomes. Requirements: 1. Proven experience in placement, recruitment, or a related field. 2. Strong network and relationships with educational institutions and employers in Kerala. 3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 6. Familiarity with EdTech platforms and the education industry is a plus. What We Offer: 1.
