Job Title: Placement Coordinator(Fresher)

Location: Calicut , Kerala
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: Freshers

Job Responsibilities

• Communicate with companies and recruiters to bring job opportunities for students.
• Train and guide students for interviews, resume writing, and soft skills, especially in English.
• Maintain a database of students, recruiters, and placement records.
• Create weekly/monthly reports on placement progress.
• Help students with career counseling and job matching based on their profiles.
• Arrange mock interviews and group discussions to improve student readiness.
• Assist the Placement Officer in daily coordination and placement activities.
• Maintain good relationship with students.
• Maintain student records, CV s, and placement tracking sheets.

Key Skills Required

• Good communication in English (mandatory)
• Basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Email)
• Ability to speak to students and employers confidently
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Friendly and approachable attitude
• Social media or outreach experience (LinkedIn, etc.)

Salary:₹8,000 – ₹10,000/month
