Job Title Placement Coordinator at Chennai Campus Required Number 1 Qualification B.E., B.Tech or any Graduate with experience as Placement Coordinator Job Description Will be functionally reporting to GM-Corporate Relations, CIR Chennai, and administratively to Centre Manager at CIR, Chennai. Providing assistance to GM-Corporate Relations in organizing placement related activities. Mainintain the database with respect to all companies and profile of concerned students for campus recruitment process. Assist GM-Corporate Relations in carrying out the day-to-day placement activities. Assist in retaining and updating the Placement Records. Provide assistance to all students and review all procedures of placement department. Coordinate with the Placement teams of other campuses (Coimbatore, Amritapuri, Bangalore, Kochi) apart from Chennai. Will liaise with student coordinators through whom placement related activities could be carried out and get the approval for the same from GM-Corporate Relations. Liaise with Company HR personnel to carry out the activities like fixing up appointments, travel plans of company executives, arrangement of accommodation and transport facilities etc. Coordinate with internal facilitators in the campus to mobilize resources for the smooth functioning of placement related activities. Collect the Offer Letters / appointment orders / salary certificates etc., after candidate joining. Undertake and execute without any hesitation, any other work related to placement, assigned by his superiors, from time to time. Job Category Non-Teaching Last Date to Apply December 15, 2025
