Job Description

You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with potential employers and industry partners to facilitate internship opportunities, job placements, and collaboration on training initiatives. You will provide career counseling and guidance to students, helping them understand their strengths, interests, and career goals, and advising them on suitable career paths. Additionally, you will coordinate job placement activities, including organizing recruitment drives, job fairs, and on-campus interviews. It will be your duty to actively network with alumni and stay updated on current industry trends, job market demands, and emerging career opportunities to tailor training and placement strategies accordingly. - Establish and maintain relationships with potential employers and industry partners - Provide career counseling and guidance to students - Coordinate job placement activities such as recruitment drives, job fairs, and on-campus interviews - Network with alumni - Stay updated on industry trends and job market demands You will need to have strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships. A background in career counseling or human resources would be beneficial for this role. Please note that this is a full-time position with benefits including internet reimbursement.
