PL & OD Telesales Team Leader

As a Telesales Team Leader for Personal Loan & Overdraft, your role involves leading a team of telesales executives to drive sales and ensure compliance with KYC and bank/NBFC guidelines. You will also be responsible for coordinating with lenders for file processing and training as well as monitoring the team's performance.
