A Pizza Maker prepares pizzas by making dough, sauce, and toppings, assembling pizzas according to customer orders and company standards, and baking them in ovens. Key responsibilities include maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen and equipment, performing inventory checks, collaborating with kitchen and front-of-house staff, and ensuring food safety guidelines are followed. A successful pizza maker has strong attention to detail, can multitask in a fast-paced environment, and possesses good customer service skills.   Key Responsibilities Dough & Ingredient Preparation: Make and prepare pizza dough, sauce, and various toppings like vegetables and meats according to recipes.  Pizza Assembly: Assemble pizzas by rolling out dough, applying sauce, cheese, and toppings, and ensuring it meets customer preferences and quality standards.  Baking: Operate pizza ovens (wood-fired, gas, or electric) and monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection.  Order Management: Handle orders from customers, whether through walk-ins, phone, or online platforms, and ensure they are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.  Cleanliness & Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized workstation, kitchen area, and equipment, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.  Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of ingredients and supplies, inform management of low-stock items, and assist with receiving deliveries.  Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.  Skills and Qualifications Pizza Making Expertise: Experience with pizza dough, sauce, and topping preparation is preferred.  Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail is needed to ensure ingredient quality and proper pizza assembly.  Multitasking: The ability to handle multiple orders and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.  Customer Service: Good communication and customer service skills for interacting with customers.  Equipment Operation: Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment, including pizza ovens.  Physical Stamina: The ability to work in a kitchen environment and lift moderate weights.
