Piping Designer

As a Piping Designer (SP3D) in Mumbai with a reputed organization, you will be responsible for 3D modeling of piping, equipment, and structures using SP3D (SmartPlant 3D). Your role will involve conducting model reviews and clash detection using SmartPlant Reviewer, developing equipment layouts, piping studies, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD. Additionally, you will be required to prepare Material Take-Off (MTO) and BOM, coordinate with civil and other engineering teams to resolve interface issues, and ensure compliance with piping material specifications, engineering standards, and support standards. You will also play a crucial role in checking and approving isometric drawings for accuracy and execution. To excel in this role, you must have 3-5 years of experience in the industry, possess a B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical/Graduation, and have expertise in SP3D (SmartPlant 3D) along with proficiency in AutoCAD and SmartPlant Review. The employment type for this position is contract-based and the industry focus is on refineries, petrochemical, or chemical plants (EPC).
