Job Description

Should have minimum of 5+ years' experience in security technologies such as " PingFed ,PingAccess , LDAP etc "
Strong competency in PingFederate
Experience with SAML/OAuth Connections and custom adapters
Technically guide and lead the offshore team to deliver end to end support.
Competency in PingAccess, Installation, Configuration, App Integration and API integration
Strong background in IAM technologies (Databases, Directories, Web Servers, Application Servers, Systems, Administration, High Availability)
Monitoring and analyzing critical alerts, Normalization support for Post SAML/OIDC onboarding apps.
Servers support - Vulnerability fixes, CR creation/approval follow-ups limited to emergency bug fixes and production issues
RCA (root cause analysis) for error patterns
Implementing best practices and enhancing the improvements for better service delivery & operations.
Onboarding new applications with PingAccess / PingFederate on request.
Should have experience on OAUTH, OpenID etc.
Implementing the Change requests and validation checks . Analysis, Coordination, Facilitating.
Interaction with customer on daily basis.
