Role Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Picker Packer to join our warehouse and fulfillment team. This person will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing coffee and bakehouse products for delivery, ensuring each order reflects Subkos high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities Pick and pack coffee beans, merchandise, and baked goods as per daily online and retail orders Ensure accurate labeling, packaging, and presentation for each item Perform quality checks on items before packing Prepare orders for dispatch via in-house logistics or delivery partners (e.g., Dunzo, Porter, etc.) Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packaging station and stock areas Assist in inventory checks and restocking activities Coordinate with warehouse and retail teams for priority orders and special requirements Follow health and safety standards while handling food items and packaging materials Required Skills & Qualifications Prior experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or packing preferred (12 years) Basic understanding of order processing and packaging standards Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail Team player with good communication skills
