Location: Bangalore Job Type: Full-time Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor / Logistics Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Picker and Packer to join our warehouse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately picking items from inventory, packing them securely, and preparing orders for shipment in a timely manner. This role is critical to ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities: Pick items from shelves according to order slips or handheld scanner instructions. Pack products securely and appropriately for shipping, ensuring minimal risk of damage. Label packages with the correct shipping information. Maintain accurate inventory records and report any discrepancies. Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free from hazards. Assist with loading and unloading deliveries as needed. Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience is a plus. Ability to lift up to Kg and stand/walk for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic reading and math skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as required. Working Conditions: Fast-paced warehouse environment. May involve repetitive tasks and lifting heavy objects.
