Job Title: Picker Packer – Blinkit Warehouse (Quick Commerce) Company: (Hiring for Blinkit) Location: REWA , Madhya Pradesh Job Type: Full-Time | Rotational Shifts | Immediate Joining Industry: Logistics / E-Commerce / Quick Delivery Job Summary: We are hiring motivated and physically fit individuals for the Picker Packer role at Blinkit's warehouse. Your job will be to pick, pack, and process online customer orders accurately in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Accurately pick products from shelves as per order lists Pack orders securely and label them for dispatch Ensure items are damage-free and correct Maintain inventory accuracy through scanners or mobile devices Support loading/unloading as required Maintain cleanliness and adhere to warehouse safety norms Qualification & Skills: Minimum 10th Pass (12th preferred) Physically fit and able to stand/walk for long hours Basic reading and writing skills (Hindi/English) Team player with a positive attitude Warehouse experience preferred (but not mandatory) Salary & Benefits: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month (depending on location & shift) Overtime + Incentives + Attendance Bonus Provident Fund (PF) & ESIC (as applicable) Uniform and Safety Gear provided Weekly off and paid leaves Required Documents: Aadhar Card & PAN Card Bank Passbook/Account Proof 2 Passport-size Photographs Educational Certificate (if available) Work Location: Khasra No. 480 and 481, Opp. Bal Bharti School, tehsil- Huzur, Rewa, 486001 How to Apply: Interested candidates can apply directly on Indeed Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Leave encashment Life insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Joining bonus Performance bonus Shift allowance Work Location: In person
