Phyton, Airflow Analyst

JD Technical Skills Required

1. Python ProgrammingStrong understanding of Python syntax and features (especially across versions, e.g., Python 3.6 3.10+).Experience with Python package management (pip, venv, conda, etc.).Ability to refactor or update legacy Python code to be compatible with newer versions.

2. Apache AirflowHands-on experience with Airflow DAGs, Operators, Sensors, and Hooks.Familiarity with Airflow configuration, plugins, and deployment.Understanding of Airflow version changes (e.g., from 1.x to 2.x or 2.x to 2.7+) and their impact on DAGs and architecture.

3. OCP (OpenShift Container Platform)Experience deploying and managing applications on OpenShift.Understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines in OpenShift for deploying Airflow and Python apps.

4. Version Upgrade & MigrationExperience upgrading Python environments and resolving compatibility issues.Experience upgrading Airflow (including database migrations, breaking changes, and plugin compatibility).
