Physiotherapist

Patient Assessment:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions, including medical history, physical examination, and functional evaluation.
• Utilize standardized assessment tools and techniques to accurately diagnose and evaluate patient needs.
• Interpret assessment findings and develop appropriate treatment plans.

Treatment Planning and Implementation:

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and evidence-based practice.
• Implement a variety of physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, electrotherapy, and patient education.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Patient Education and Counseling:

• Educate patients about their conditions, treatment plans, and self-management strategies.
• Provide guidance on exercise programs, posture correction, and injury prevention.
• Counsel patients on lifestyle modifications to promote optimal health and well-being.

Documentation and Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including assessment findings, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Adhere to all clinic policies and procedures regarding documentation and confidentiality.
