Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified, compassionate, and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing patients with various physical conditions and supporting wellness therapies while ensuring patient comfort, documentation accuracy, and smooth interdepartmental collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Care & Therapy
• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with physical difficulties due to injury, illness, or disability
• Design personalized therapy plans and execute physiotherapy treatments as per protocols
• Ensure a courteous, empathetic, and professional approach to patient interaction
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly
• Operational & Administrative Duties
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of treatments and patient progress in the Hospital Management System (HMS)
• Ensure regular updation of case sheets and therapy records
• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) of the hospital
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the physiotherapy department and treatment areas
• Team & Interdepartmental Collaboration
• Cooperate with doctors, wellness therapists, nurses, and other departments to ensure integrated patient care
• Assist in multidisciplinary wellness programs and therapies whenever required
• Conduct & Commitment
• Report to work on time and maintain a reliable attendance record
• Avoid unnecessary or frequent leaves that may disrupt patient care
• Show empathy, patience, and professionalism in all interactions
• Participate actively in internal meetings, training, and staff development activities
• Community & Promotions
• Support Koncept Wellness in promotional activities, wellness camps, and patient education programs
• Advocate for physiotherapy and holistic health within the community

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution
• Valid registration with relevant professional council
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience preferred (freshers with strong interpersonal skills may also apply)
• Proficiency in HMS documentation is an added advantage
• Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
