Physiotherapist - Homecare

As a Homecare Physiotherapist at one of Kerala's most renowned physiotherapy clinics, your role involves providing high-quality and personalized physiotherapy treatments to patients in the comfort of their own homes across Kochi, Trivandrum, and Thrissur. You will assess patients" physical conditions, create personalized treatment plans, provide hands-on physiotherapy treatments, educate patients and their families, monitor progress, collaborate with healthcare professionals, maintain accurate records, and promote clinic services while delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Assess and evaluate patients" physical conditions and medical history to create personalized treatment plans. - Provide hands-on physiotherapy treatments for various conditions, including musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-surgical rehabilitation. - Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, exercises, and rehabilitation techniques. - Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans for optimal outcomes. - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care. - Maintain accurate patient records, progress notes, and treatment documentation in compliance with clinic policies. - Promote clinic services and provide exceptional customer service to patients. Requirements: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution. - Previous experience in homecare physiotherapy or related fields preferred; freshers can also apply. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and demonstrate empathy, patience, and a passion for patient care.
