Qualifications:

• Founder Level:
• 1-3 years experience, Postgraduate degree in Physics, and B.Ed.
• Master Level:
• 4-8 years experience, Postgraduate degree in Physics, and B.Ed.
• Developer Level:
• 9+ years experience, Postgraduate degree in Physics, and B.Ed or M.Ed.

Screening Process:

• Written Test: Subject-specific exam in Physics.
• Proficiency Test: Assessment of MS Office skills.
• Reading Test: Conducted via Microsoft Teams.
• Teaching Demonstration: Mock classroom session.
