Qualification Requirements Postgraduate degree (MA) in Hindi OR Any Graduate/Postgraduate with completed Hindi-related certifications/courses from a recognized institution B.Ed. is preferred M.Ed. is an added advantage for senior-level roles Must have good command of spoken and written Hindi, with working proficiency in English and MS Office tools Qualification Levels Founder Level: 1–3 years of experience with relevant qualifications (B.Ed. preferred). Responsible for teaching across different grades. Master Level: 4–8 years of experience with relevant qualifications (B.Ed. preferred). May mentor junior teachers and take additional academic responsibilities. Developer Level: 9+ years of experience with relevant qualifications (B.Ed. or M.Ed. preferred). Leads curriculum planning and Hindi department initiatives. Screening Process Subject-Wise Written Test – To evaluate command over Hindi grammar, literature, and pedagogy.
