Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physics faculty member based in Indore. The Physics faculty will be responsible for developing and delivering instructional material, conducting lectures, creating assessments, and guiding students in their academic journey. Responsibilities also include providing additional support for students preparing for JEE and NEET examinations, ensuring that they grasp both theoretical concepts and practical applications. Collaboration with other faculty members to integrate interdisciplinary approaches in education will be expected.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Physics and Theoretical Physics
• Experience in Physics Education and teaching Physics (6th to 10th)
• Proficiency in related fields such as Mathematics and Astronomy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage and inspire students
• Experience with AI/ML-enabled educational platforms is a plus
• Master's degree in Physics is preferred
