Key Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced conceptual lectures aligned with top-rank benchmarks
• Mentor and track performance of high-potential students
• Design and refine problem-solving strategies for national toppers
• Contribute to academic planning, test analysis, and enrichment modules
• Uphold the academic excellence standards of the Toppers Program

Eligibility & Expectations

• Proven track record of producing Top Ranks / Toppers
• Strong command over advanced problem-solving & concepts
• Minimum 8–10 years of teaching experience in competitive exam coaching
• Willingness to work in a fully residential campus environment
• Passion for mentoring elite students and academic excellence
