Job Description: Physician Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) to join our medical team. The Physician Assistant will work closely with physicians and healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care, assist in clinical procedures, and ensure smooth coordination of treatment. The ideal candidate should have strong medical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Roles & Responsibilities Patient Care & Clinical Support

• Take detailed patient histories and perform initial examinations
• Record symptoms, vital signs, and medical information accurately
• Assist physicians during consultations, medical procedures, and minor surgeries

Medical Assistance

• Prescribe medications, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results under physician supervision (as per regulations)
• Assist in diagnosing conditions and developing treatment plans

Coordination & Follow-up

• Monitor patient progress and ensure appropriate follow-up care
• Coordinate with technicians and other medical staff for seamless patient management

Documentation & Records Management

• Maintain accurate medical records and patient files
• Ensure proper documentation of patient interactions and treatment outcomes
• Act as a bridge between the physician and patient to ensure clear communication

Compliance & Ethics

• Follow clinical protocols, safety guidelines, and infection control measures
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical medical practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies, Nursing, or a related medical field
• Valid certification / license as a Physician Assistant (as applicable by region)
• Strong knowledge of clinical procedures and patient care practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively under physician supervision
• Empathy, patience, and strong problem-solving abilities
