Physical Security and Health & Safety Officer

What will your essential responsibilities include

• Define and implement the Global Policies.
• Define, implement, and communicate on the different Plans in local (Safe travel, Site Plans, etc.).
• Conduct assurance reviews and ensure that all policies, plans, and procedures are implemented, updated properly, and communicated to all staff.
• Ensure that staff is aware of their individual responsibilities as defined in plans and supporting procedures.
• Implement and manage Awareness and Training Campaigns.
• Implement Physical Security (PS) and Health and Safety (HS) risk assessment.
• Perform the PS and HS compliance reviews.
• Review the Remediation Plans.
• Manage the Maturity Tables and other reporting according to Group Security requirements.
• Liaise with related departments to ensure a coordinated management of physical security and safety (Workplace, Human Resources, Operational Resilience and Information Security, Communications).
• Monitor and analyze international requirements for safety management and global duty of care.
• Identify and analyze emerging risks linked to the international safety environment.
• Share best practices globally between emerging and developed entities.
• Provide support, advice and training as required.
• Promote AXA XL's safety culture and organization.
• Assist in maintaining requirements of DJSI and Global duty of care.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Physical Security management and/or Health and Safety experience.
• Capacity to work under stress.
• Fluent in English.
• Trained (or willing to be trained) in physical security management.
