Physical Healhcare Manager

Skill Sets

 Minimum 3 years proven experience in concierge services, relationship management or client coordination ideally within healthcare, Pharma, wellness or a hospitality sector

 Familiarity with healthcare or wellness service ecosystems is highly desirable.

 Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate complex health information with clarity, empathy and professionalism with a bend to sales skills

 Proven ability to manage multiple client requests efficiently and prioritize under pressure.  Well-groomed, presentable and professional demeanor reflecting company’s premium brand values.

 Ability to manage multiple client requests and coordinate with diverse stakeholders efficiently.

 Positive attitude, empathetic approach, and resilience in a dynamic service environment.  Tech-savvy with basic proficiency in CRM tools and communication platforms.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure seamless client experience.
