Job Description

Role Overview: As a Physical Educator at BLS School, you will be instrumental in nurturing students" passion for movement, promoting lifelong fitness, and instilling values like discipline, teamwork, and resilience. Your main focus will be on implementing a structured and inclusive physical education program that fosters the holistic development of students across all grade levels. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver well-organized and age-appropriate physical education lessons to enhance physical literacy, fitness levels, and motor skills. - Teach a diverse range of individual and team sports, fitness routines, and movement activities tailored to different age groups and skill levels. - Promote essential values such as discipline, sportsmanship, cooperation, and respect through various physical activities. - Ensure a safe learning environment by adhering to safety protocols and closely supervising students during physical exercises. - Plan and execute school sports events, tournaments, fitness challenges, and inter-school competitions. - Monitor and assess student progress in physical development and sports skills. - Collaborate with teachers and staff on wellness initiatives. - Maintain sports equipment and participate in professional development opportunities. Qualifications Required: - Degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed) or higher. - Strong knowledge of physical fitness, sports rules, and training techniques. - Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. - Preferred: 12 years of experience in a school setting. Note: This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including Provident Fund. The work location is in person with a day shift schedule.,
