Job Description

Mentoring and managing a team of Programmers.
The ability to suggest methods and tools for obtaining performance measurements from apps and optimizing programs is required.
Must have a keen eye for detail and be able to easily become comfortable with new software, frameworks, languages, and technologies.
Must be able to apply innovative thinking at work.
It is vital to have solid PHP experience. 4+ years of experience with PHP and familiar with XHTML, HTML 5, JavaScript, CSS, Ajax, jQuery, APIs, and mod-rewriting
An experienced applicant with real-world experience utilizing Core PHP on e-commerce websites.
Experience with online payment gateways, affiliate management systems and CMS referral systems will be advantageous. Payment gateways include CCAVANUE, Google Checkout, PayPal, and Authorize.net .
Excellent troubleshooting abilities.
Creating things that can be sold and reused.
An immense performance by optimizing MySQL databases and queries.
Communicating technical concepts to Project Managers, Clients, and other audiences of all technical levels in a team environment.
