Role Description

This is a full-time Remote/on-site role for a PHP Symfony Developer, The PHP Symfony Developer will be responsible for designing and developing web applications, creating efficient and reusable PHP code, and maintaining existing Symfony-based platforms. Daily tasks include implementing new features, debugging and resolving issues, ensuring code quality, and collaborating with the team to ensure seamless project execution. The candidate will also be tasked with staying updated on industry best practices and contributing to the overall technical strategy.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in PHP development, including experience with the Symfony framework
• Understanding of web application development concepts, MVC architecture, and RESTful APIs
• Experience with database management, SQL, and ORM (Doctrine preferred)
• Knowledge of frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and associated frameworks
• Strong problem-solving skills, debugging experience, and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Familiarity with Git version control and Agile development methodologies is a plus
